Yoco Recipe: Lime & Rum Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients 

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup of sugar 
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract 
  • 4 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp rum (21+) *optional 
  • Zest of lime 

Instructions 

  1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Let rest for 10 minutes 
  3. Use spoon or scoop to form macaroon shape 
  4. Place onto parchment lined baking sheet 
  5. Bake @350 degrees for 15 - 18 mins 
  6. Remove when golden brown 
  7. Allow to cool
