Lime and Rum Coconut Macaroons Recipe
Ingredients
3 egg whites
1/4 cup of sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4 cups shredded coconut
1 tbsp rum (optional for 21+)
Zest of lime
Instructions
Mix ingredients together in a bowl
Let rest for 10 minutes
Use a spoon or scoop to form a macaroon shape
Place onto parchment-lined baking sheet
Bake at 350°F for 15 - 18 mins
Remove when golden brown
Allow to cool
